4. Method of payment

The Payment methods i.e., Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc. Information collected for online shopping is used only to process payments for the orders and, is not retained on our website. The information is securely transmitted to the bank, and we store only the reference number and amount paid information provided by the bank.

In order to succeed in the today competitive environment, the company needs to make efforts for the purpose of ensuring the payment methods are accurate and confidential. 3.Bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI/NET Banking, Cheque):

• Under this method, it will allow customers to transfer the money to a bank account around the world.

Cash

• The customer, who wishes to pay for the purchased goods, can opt for the cash payment for the purchased goods.
• Kindly note that company does not accept any cash amounting to Rs. 20000 against a single transaction.

4.Point of sale (POS) (Debit Card/ Credit Card/VISA/Master Card/Maestro/Rupay):

• Login into your online account and select the option for making payment. Follow the instructions on screen to enter the correct details.
• In this case, the customer needs to enter Credit/ Debit/ Maestro/ Rupay card information directly into your website (or secure forms that are loaded by your website during checkout).
• The company then transmits the information securely to a credit card processing Company “gateway” to authorize the card while the customer waits.
• If the order is successful, the order has been placed and money has been collected from the account of cardholder and forwarded to your business bank account according to the prescribed schedule.
• If it fails, the customer is notified to try again with correct information, thus preventing the use of invalid cards.

5.Payment Gateway:

• The customer needs to place order online through website www.vstaarplus.in and then proceed to make payment for the same.
• After that, customer needs to enter the details with respect to credit/debit card details.
• After providing the detail with respect to making payment via debit/credit card, the customer will approve the payment and proceed for the payment after providing the OTP

6.General Terms of Conditions:

The terms and conditions governing the payment order are as follows:

1. If the customer has been taking goods directly from the authorized C&F, then the payment shall be paid to that respective C&F account only.
2. Company accepts payment from C&F through banking channel only.
3. If your cheque is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the cheque plus any applicable fees. The usage of the cheque for the payment purpose has been considered as the acknowledgement and has been considered as acceptance of terms and conditions. The use of a cheque for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions.
4. Amount should not be transferred from any Firm, Company & LLP on behalf of any individual direct seller/Consumer.
5. Payment gateway and POS charges, wherever applicable shall be borne by the consumer only.

7.We maintain your secrecy

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Children’s Privacy

Our website neither targets nor is intended for children below the age of 18. Personally Identifiable Information will not be collected from children on purpose and if we discover such data on our site, the same will be deleted.
